He made good recommendations about what to do (and not do) to present the apartment for sale, and connected us with a really excellent, affordable painter who did a fabulous job. The images his photographer made of the space were so nicely done we actually thought twice about selling the place. Once offers came in he was concise and clear with his communication, set us up with a good lawyer, and we closed quickly and without any complications. We highly recommend him.
